EllaBrava Design & Build creates architecturally refined custom homes with advanced SCIP monolithic concrete panel systems designed for hurricane resilience, energy efficiency, comfort and long-term durability.
Living in Florida means designing for sunlight, water, heat, humidity and extraordinary coastal weather. At EllaBrava, resilience is not an upgrade added at the end. It is considered from the beginning in the site strategy, structural system, roof, openings, building envelope and every connection that carries wind forces safely to the foundation.
We specialize in one-of-a-kind homes that bring together elevated design and advanced monolithic construction. The result is not a bunker. It is a thoughtful, personal home with a stronger, quieter and more efficient shell.
A reinforced, monolithic concrete shell can be engineered as part of a continuous load path for Florida wind conditions. We coordinate the structure with the roof, foundation and protected openings because real resilience depends on the whole home not one product.
Every family, lot and vision is different. From coastal contemporary to warm modern and timeless Mediterranean influences, we shape the architecture around the way you want to live.
Continuous insulation, concrete mass and a carefully detailed envelope can reduce heat flow, moderate indoor temperature swings and support a quieter interior environment.
Concrete and steel are not food for termites and do not rot like wood framing. With responsible moisture detailing and maintenance, the system supports a durable home designed for generations.
SCIP stands for Structural Concrete Insulated Panel. A rigid insulating core is held between welded steel meshes connected by diagonal truss wires. After the panels are erected, reinforced and integrated with the foundation, roof and openings, structural concrete or mortar is applied to both sides. The completed assembly acts as an insulated reinforced-concrete system.
Founder and CEO Fabiana Williams created EllaBrava around a simple conviction: homeowners in Florida should not have to choose between beautiful design and structural confidence. After years of building, renovating and guiding projects on Florida Gulf Coast, she saw an opportunity to begin earlier creating homes whose strength is designed into the architecture from day one.
